What this pricing is for
AfroPublish is a streaming platform and a music-publishing workspace. The plans below cover both sides of that — listening to music, and getting paid for the music you make. Subscriptions are optional: most of the platform is free for both audiences.
If you're a listener
You can stream the entire catalogue for free with short audio ads between tracks. Upgrade to AfroPublish Plus to remove ads, unlock higher quality, and pay artists more per stream — every Plus subscription is split among the artists you actually listen to (fan-powered royalties), not a giant industry pool.
If you're a creator
Publishing, distribution to global DSPs, licensing tools and royalty collection are all included on the Free creator plan. Paid creator tiers (Starter / Pro / Label) don't unlock new features — they lower the commission AfroPublish takes per sale + royalty so you keep more as your catalogue grows. Pick the tier that matches your scale.
Plus subscriptions and free-tier ad revenue go into a monthly pool that pays out per-listener: your subscription only pays the artists you streamed that month. Beat sales, sync licences and other one-off transactions go directly to the artist minus the platform commission set by their creator plan.
